Quick Solve Plus (QSP)

We use a mobile management software in both SLS and ILS called Quick Solve Plus (QSP).  The #1 benefit of this tool is it provides opportunities for connection, communication, and efficiency between our field staff and our management team.  It also helps us manage scheduling, ISP goals, administration, timecards and payroll, Regional Center requests, EVV requirements, and HR regulations.

Training and Excellence

The Training and Excellence department focuses on employee development, person-centered thinking practices, medical and behavioral support, and quality assurance.  Our extensive training program includes tailored training paths for each position ranging from 20-60 hours of training. This team includes the Director of Training and Excellence, Training Manager, Training Coordinator, Quality Assurance Coordinator, Behavioral Specialist, Medical Training Coordinator, Medical Liaison, and Consultant.

Legal and Labor

Our Legal and Labor Department provides Human Resources support, guidance, and accountability.  This team protects and cares for us all as they focus on payroll accuracy, compliance, benefits, and retention. This team includes the Director of Legal and Labor, the Compensation and Benefits Coordinator, the Payroll Manager, and the HR Assistant.

Marketing and Recruitment

One of the essential parts of service is providing quality staff.  We are proud of our recruitment and onboarding process. We created a unique staff matching process that focuses on making sure we are addressing clients’ individual needs.  This team includes the Marketing and Events Coordinator, the Recruitment Systems Coordinator, Team Builders, Recruitment Systems Assistant, Events Assistant, and Media Assistant.

Structure

Our Life Guides are direct care professionals for our Supported Living clients and report to our Case Facilitators.  Our Life Guide position is a part-time position in the SLS department and could be described as an entry-level position.  The Life Guide 2 position is a full-time job and comes with more duties and responsibilities in the household.  The Life Guide 3 position is also full-time and is the lead guide in that home.  They are expert who works closely with the management team.

  • Live-in Caregiver

Our Case Facilitators also serve under our Supported Living branch  This is an office position with minor fieldwork.  The Case Facilitators’ mission is to ensure quality Individualized Services to all people we serve.  The CF will maintain individual program integrity and coordinate support for clients and staff to ensure successful outcomes.  The CF reports to the SLS Supervisor.

Our titles may be different than yours.  Here are equivalent titles:

  • Case Manager
  • Social Worker
  • Case Service Facilitator

Our SLS Supervisors serve under our Supported Living branch.  SLS Supervisors oversee and supervise our client hubs and staffing teams. They report to the Regional Manager.  The SUP will provide accountability for scheduling, staffing activities, client well-being, and assist in team development. The SUP will also contribute to the process of bringing on new clients to Compass and may be asked to carry their own caseload.

Our Life Coaches serve under our Independent Living department and report to our ILS Managers.  They will work as a team member to maintain individual program integrity and coordinate support for the client in pursuit of goals and meaningful life.

  • ILS Coach
  • ILS Instructor

Our ILS Managers serve under our Independent Living branch.  The ILSM will maintain individual program integrity and coordinate support for clients and staff to ensure successful outcomes.  ILS Managers oversee and supervise our ILS client caseloads and coaching teams.

 

The Regional Manager oversees the SLS and ILS programs of the region they are in.  They provide leadership, training, quality control, and strategy.  They act as the “director” for their region.  The Regional Managers Report to the Vice President of Operations.
