COMPASS GOES TO DISNEY NOVEMBER 19-22, 2024

Client Waitlist Registration

This November, Compass will be spending 2 magical days at Disneyland and California Adventure Park. There are two options for you to choose from: a 1-day park pass to Disneyland (2nd day is a free day on your own), or a 2-day park pass (1st day in Disneyland and 2nd day at California Adventure Park). Come and experience the magic of Disney with the Compass Family!


REGISTRATION OPEN: March 4th – May 31st
Max # of Attendees: 50 client spots (limit of 10 wheelchair spots)

Cost:

  • Client Option #1: 1 Day in Disneyland = $885
  • Client Option #2: 1 Day in Disneyland + 1 Day in California Adventure Park = $985
  • Staff: $250 (must be staffing a client to get this discount)


Things to Keep in Mind:

This is a really long trip! The drive from Redding to LA will likely take about 12 hours one way. The parks are very large! You will have the option to add on a scooter rental (for an additional fee) for our days in LA. But there will be quite a bit of walking and ground to cover. Bring comfy shoes!

The cost of the trip includes:

  • Transportation to and from your home office
  • Breakfast Wednesday-Friday
  • Lunch and snacks on the travel days
  • The hotel
  • Disney tickets
  • You will also receive a special Compass T-shirt and a gift

**However, you are responsible for lunches (2) and dinners (3) during the trip. Be sure to have enough cash with you to cover those meals and any souvenirs you may want. We recommend that you bring $150-$300 for both food and souvenirs.

Cost

  • One-Park Day Cost: $885 (Disneyland)
  • Two-Park Day Cost: $985 (Disneyland and California Adventure Park)
  • A $150 Non-refundable deposit is due within 30 days of registration.
  • An additional fee of $55/day if you want to rent a scooter for the 1-2 days in Disneyland

Payment Plans:

  • 1 Payment: 100% due by May 27
  • 2 payments: 50% due by May 27, 100% due by Sept 20
  • 3 payments: 30% due May 27, 50% due July 22, 100% Sept 20
  • $100/month payment plan: $100 due the 5th of every month until paid off, 75% due by November 5

What does this cover?

  • Transportation to and from your home office
  • hotel for 3 nights in Anaheim (in a shared room)
  • Disneyland Tickets and Registration (You can purchase either the 1-day, 1 park ticket for 11/20 to Disneyland Park, or the 2-day, 1 park ticket for 11/20 to Disneyland Park and 11/21 for California Adventure Park)
  • Breakfast
  • Meals during travel days
  • Snacks and water
  • 1 T-shirt and a gift

Registration:

    • Registration is open until May 31.
    • There are limited spots! Register soon!
    • A $150 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your spot and is due 30 days after registering.
    • Choose the payment plan that works best for you. Please note that on every payment plan, at least 30% is due by May 27.

Refund Policy:

      • Deposit is non-refundable.
      • Price of tickets ($169-1 day, $310-2 day) is non-refundable, non-transferable after May 27.
      • No refund is available 60 days or less before the trip departure.

      • 6am-9am: Pick up from your home office
      • DRIVE
      • Approx. 8pm: Arrive at Hotel and Check in

11/20: Day in Disneyland Park

11/21: Day in California Adventure Park OR Free day

11/22:

      • 6am Breakfast at the Hotel
      • 7am load up and leave. Drive to your Home Office
