Director of Innovation and Expansion
I’ve been working in this industry for 30 years working in group settings, day programs, Supported and Independent Living. I received my Bachelor of Science Degree in Therapeutic Recreation from CSU Sacramento. I am also a 7 Habits of Highly Effective People trainer, Lean Six Sigma certified, and a Person Centered Thinking Skills trainer. I am currently working as the Training Manager at Compass along with assisting our newest region, Redwood Coast, to get established. I feel so fortunate to have work in my life that is meaningful, that provides opportunities for stories, connection, growth and service. I am the proud parent of two teenagers and our family is so grateful for Compass.
