The Regional Manager was amazing. She was honest, supportive, and informative. Her interaction with not only myself but other LG and clients made all feel welcomed. The pre-planning on what clients and what staff would come on what days was the biggest thing I feel made it go so smoothly. I was surprised by how supportive Compass was to the staff and how caring they are. We all kept waiting for it to change to a lack of support. I have been here a year now and the support from Compass has continued to be amazing.
