Regional Manager, Far North (South)
I had the privilege to join the Compass team in April of 2022 as a Case Facilitator; it is now an honor to serve the team as a Regional Manager.. I grew up in Northern California, graduated from Orland High School, and attended school in the Bay Area where I discovered an adeptness for empathy and caring for others, leading me to a medical career as a CNA working in hospice care. After the birth of my first child, I started my career working with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in 2003 as a direct care professional in a level 4i group home; this is where I found my “Why”. I am passionate about finding “what more is possible” in any situation.
Outside of work, I enjoy being a parent to my three wonderful children. I enjoy watching and cheering them on as they participate in and perform their varied extracurricular activities. I support and volunteer for youth organizations and high school committees. I enjoy traveling to the coast and mountains, reading, listening to live music, and spending quality time with family and friends.
