Director, Legal and Labor
I joined Compass in 2004 as an HR Assistant, and today I’m the Director of Legal and Labor. I have a bachelor’s degree in Business and Human Resources from Simpson University, and in 2021 I received my Master of Legal Studies degree from Pepperdine University, School of Law. I am a member of SHRM, the Society for Human Resources Management, and have a Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) Certification from HR Certification Institute.
I serve all Compass regions by overseeing employee compensation and benefits, compliance, and workplace safety. I work closely with our SLS and ILS management teams on all aspects of people and performance supervision. I enjoy working in a collaborative environment and with a group of people that has an attitude toward continuous learning. It’s a privilege to lead a team that is passionate about the pursuit of our mission, and one that promotes individual and community success.
When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends. I love being outdoors hiking and camping, going to baseball games, traveling, and exploring new places.
