Regional Manager, Far North Region
I am excited to say that I am our Regional Manager in the Far North Region as of 2019. I am eager to partner for growth in all four of our counties: Siskiyou, Butte, Shasta and Tehama; as we seek to provide excellence in service for our Independent Living clients and our Supported Living clients. My heart is to empower individuals within our team to be the best versions of themselves, while we strategically and creatively partner with those we serve to provide a tailored service to the many unique individuals in our community. Continually I seek opportunity to grow as an individual and to make a difference in our beautiful state. My passion is and always will be people, which fits well with all those we serve as they are so full of life, energy, and hope.
I have been with Compass since 2011 and can say that my life is forever changed. I came with a Bachelors in Psychology and a love for growth, training and people. Compass has called out the strengths inside me and empowered me to influence on levels that I never imagined possible. I eagerly partner with ourstakeholders, staff, clients and leadership team to operate in the fullest potential and capacity. I look forward to growing within my role and leading our region.
In addition to my partnership at Compass, I have a gorgeous wife and three incredible boys whom I love dearly and share in the involvement with this community that I serve in.
