I’m honored to serve as the Director of SLS and Onboarding, continuing my Compass journey that began in 2011. Over the years, Compass has shaped me both professionally and personally—calling out strengths I didn’t know I had and giving me the opportunity to influence and lead in meaningful ways.
My heart has always been for people. I’m passionate about empowering our team to be their best selves while partnering creatively and strategically with those we serve to provide personalized, high-quality support. Together, we’re building services that reflect compassion, excellence, and innovation.
Outside of work, life is full and joyful with my beautiful wife and our five amazing kids—three boys and two girls—who keep us laughing, grounded, and connected to the community we love.
