Regional Manager, Redwood Coast
I first discovered the field of services for individuals with developmental disabilities shortly after earning my Master’s in Counseling. What began as an unexpected opportunity quickly became a lifelong passion. I was deeply moved by the honesty of the people I served and inspired by colleagues dedicated to helping individuals with I/DD and co-occurring conditions live meaningful, self-directed lives. Over the past two decades, I have worked across settings and roles—from direct service to case management, clinical support, and leadership—always grounded in person-centered values, trauma-informed care, and cultural humility. Supporting individuals across the lifespan to achieve dignity, autonomy, and connection remains central to my mission. Outside of work, I am a native Californian who enjoys pickle-ball, hiking, and yoga, with self-care as a cornerstone for balance. During the hiring process, I was struck by Compass’s intentional, values-driven approach and the visionary leadership demonstrated throughout.
