I joined the Compass team in 2024 as an SLS Case Facilitator. I was looking for a career where I could make a meaningful and lasting impact. I was drawn to Compass because of its strong values and genuine commitment to both the individuals it serves and the staff who support them. I am excited to step into the role of NFN SLS Regional Manager. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Biola University and an MBA from Simpson University. Throughout my career, I have enjoyed helping people grow, reach their goals, and discover new opportunities. In this role, I look forward to building relationships throughout our communities, developing strong partnerships, and working alongside individuals, families, providers, and community organizations to create meaningful opportunities for the people we support.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my children and grandchildren. I am grateful to call Siskiyou County home and appreciate the natural beauty, strong sense of community, and opportunities it offers.
