Program Manager ILS and CFS, North Region
Ethan joined Compass in 2021 as a Case Facilitator in Supported Living Services, where he quickly discovered a true calling in human services and the deep fulfillment that comes from supporting individuals in meaningful ways. Through close partnership with clients and walking alongside them as they worked toward their goals, Ethan built a strong foundation that continues to shape their work today.
He was later given the opportunity to help influence and support the launch of Coordinated Family Support as a pilot program. Since then, CFS has grown significantly, and it has been both eye-opening and humbling for Ethan to partner with families on a deeper level, supporting them as they navigate their unique journeys. Serving families in a greater capacity and helping connect them with the resources and support they need has been incredibly meaningful.
Family is at the center of Ethan’s life. He is grateful for a supportive wife and four amazing children, and much of their free time is spent simply being present with family and watching them grow. Supporting Compass’s mission and vision has been a rewarding opportunity, and Ethan is honored to be part of a community so deeply committed to people, families, and purpose.
