Our Case Facilitators serve under our Supported Living branch. We are looking for Case Facilitators to serve as case managers for our clients and supervisors for our staff. This is an office position with minor field work. The Case Facilitators mission is to ensure quality Individualized Services to all people we serve. The CF will maintain individual program integrity and coordinate supports for client and staff to ensure successful outcomes. Through training, education & selection, Case Facilitators are eligible to promote to SLS Supervisor.
New hires will be required to attend 1 week training at our office in Redding, CA within first month of employment.
QUALIFICATIONS and SKILLS
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Fingerprint clearance
- Drug screen
- Acceptable DMV record
- Driver’s License
- Working Vehicle, Auto Insurance
- TB Clearance
- Eligible to work in U.S.
