Director of Marketing and Recruitment
I started working as a caregiver for Compass in 2010. At the time, I just needed a job. I quickly realized that this was more than a job and I had found a home. I’ve been in several different roles in my time at Compass but in 2015 I found my seat on the bus as the Marketing Coordinator. I’ve had the opportunity to help create a department that makes Compass shine and be more accessible to those that need to find their community just like I did.
I’m a desert-loving Arizona girl at heart but I have come to love living in Northern California. I enjoy spending time with my husband and our three boys.
