Regional Manager, South Bay
I moved to California in 2011 in what was to be a short term stop on the road of life. However, in 2012 I started working at Compass and what I found was a sense of home, family, and a community of people that I cherish. In the years since I have been allowed to grow and develop my strengths as a leader and combine that with my desire for seeing others succeed. I started out working in the field in our Far North Region where I was able to partner with our clients to develop and recognize the greatness within themselves. Over the last few years I have promoted to several different positions growing and changing along side Compass. During this journey I completed my B.A. in Psychology through Simpson University. In 2018, I was given the opportunity to partner with the South Bay as their SLS Supervisor and now as the Regional Manager. It is through this current role that I inspire to cultivate an atmosphere of community and see people step into their greatness.
