Program Manager ILS and CFS, Central Region
Vanessa Hogan is the Program Manager for the ILS and CFS departments in the Central Region and has been part of the Compass community for eight years. Through ILS and CFS, she is passionate about finding new ways to reach more people in the community and help fulfill the mission of dreams, direction, and destiny. Connection and relationships are at the heart of her work, and she believes growth happens best when people feel seen, supported, and trusted.
Her leadership is about authenticity, faith, and a genuine belief in the wisdom people already carry. Finding her place at Compass has been deeply rewarding, and being part of a company with an authentic culture that truly lives out its values is a privilege.
Vanessa earned her degree in Organizational Leadership from Simpson University and has called Redding home since 2011. Outside of work, she’s a wife, a mom of four, and proudly goes by “Grammy” to her three granddaughters, who bring her endless joy.
