This year at Camp Carrville, we’re going Around the World! 🌍✈️ Get ready to explore new places, cultures, and adventures—no passport required. Throughout the week, you’ll travel from country to country with your friends, discovering hidden treasures, trying new activities, enjoying fine cuisine, and celebrating the beauty of our big, wide world.
From global games and creative challenges to themed meals and unforgettable evenings, every day is a new destination. There will be adventure, mystery, music, and moments that bring us all together—because the best part of any journey is who you travel with. Location and What’s Included
 

Carrville Inn – Trinity Center, California 

Escape to your own secluded “Exclusive Use Private Resort” situated on a 25-acre estate in the pristine Trinity Alps wilderness of Northern California.  Your group will be the only guests at this distinctive property and have exclusive use of our nine-bedroom country inn and a two-bedroom cottage.

Payment Due Dates
 

  • A $50 deposit is required within 7 days of registration in order to secure your spot.
  • Full payment due 30 days before your camp starts, or select a payment plan on your registration form.
  • Staff only- if you are staffing a client on a retreat, please register by clicking on the staff registration link

 

Room Types and Cost
 

Price: $420 – $475  (*$100 off for anyone also attending CompassCon)

The price of camp is per room.  If you require 24 hour staffing, you will share the room with your staff.

Double Occupancy (two client rooms): Only a few rooms can accommodate more than one client and one staff or two clients and no staff. If you are sharing a room with another client, you will need to work out with them how to split the cost. Depending on our spacing, we will let you know if we can accommodate a double occupancy room or not. Please note, we cannot accommodate more people in the room than the max occupancy. Please plan for all clients and staff who will be in the room. In most cases, there are not additional rooms for staff outside of the client rooms.

Double occupancy 2 clients or 1 client and 1 staff (max occupancy = 2):
Space: Most rooms have space for 2 people.  The Rose Room can hold up to 3. There are roll-away beds available for each room except for Captains Quarters, Violet Room, and Blue Room. Please talk to your staff or CF/ILSF if you have questions.

Stairs: Most rooms are on the 2nd or 3rd floor of the Inn so there will be stairs to climb. Only the cottage rooms are ground level and are in a separate building 50 yards from the Inn. There is a wheelchair ramp to the cottage. Please carefully read room descriptions below. 

2nd floor rooms: Captains Quarters, Violet, Rose, Hoover, and Peacock. 

3rd floor rooms: Blue, Ivy, and Bunk.

Captains Room- $420 per room 

The Captains Room has 1 queen-sized bed and a shared bath.  It is located on the 2nd floor. *Please note: there is one flight of stairs to climb.

The Violet Room has 1 one queen bed and a shared bath.  It is located on the 2nd floor. *Please note: there is one flight of stairs to climb.

The Peacock Room has one queen bed and a rollaway bed with a private bath.  it is located on the 2nd floor. *Please note: there is one flight of stairs to climb.

The Rose Room has one queen bed and 2 rollaway beds with a private bath.  It is located on the 2nd floor. *Please note: there is one flight of stairs to climb.

Blue Room – $420 per room 

The Blue Room has one queen bed and a rollaway bed with a shared bath.  It is located on the 3rd floor. *Please note: there are two flights of stairs to climb.

Payments:
A $50 non-refundable deposit is due 7 days after registration to hold your spot. If you do not pay within 7 days,  you may lose your spot for camp.
You may pay by check made out to Compass or by credit card. If you select credit card, you will receive an invoice to the email address that you use on your registration. It is your responsibility to ensure you pay that on time.
You can choose from 3 payment plans: 
  1. Pay 100% of your camp fees 30 days before you camp
  2. Make 2 payments: 1 – 50% due 90 days before your camp (or March 1st for our May Camps) 2 – 100% due 14 days before your camp.
  3. $50/month due the 5th of every month. 50% must be paid 14 days prior to your camp.
Refund Policy:
Cancelations 30 days or less before the departure day of your registered camp will result in a 50% refund of total payment, not including the $50 deposit.
