ILS Manager, Tehama County
It is such an honor to be the ILS Manager in Tehama. I look forward to what adventures await me every day. I started working with Compass July 2021 as a new ILS Manager. From day one, I knew this was the right place for me.
Before starting at Compass, I worked at an elementary for 14 years where I concentrated in reading intervention, resource, and special education while working a second job as a retail manager, being a mom to my 3 beautiful children, a youth cheer coach and served on several school and work committees. As a young girl I grow up around adults with disabilities. This is where my passion for working with people with disabilities originated from. I enjoy making a difference in people’s lives and watching their success as they grow and overcome daily challenges. I have learned so much from these wonderful people who teach me humility, compassion, strength and joy every day and to see smiles on their faces is a priceless perk of this job.
I grew up in Red Bluff and am grateful for the beautiful scenery and abundant outdoor activities available here in the Northstate. I am an outdoorsy person who enjoys hiking, camping, boating on the river and going on long drives through the mountains or wherever the road (or offroad) will take me. Since becoming newly married to my wonderful husband, I now have 5 children and 2 grandbabies. I am looking forward to my new adventures in life and with Compass.
