Recruitment Team Supervisor
While I spent most of my professional life in the field of Early Childhood Education, when I moved to Shasta County my passion became much more focused on helping young adults carve out their futures.
After watching my adult daughter blossom as a Compass client, I joined the Compass field staff in November of 2020. While in that role, I had the pleasure of serving over 30+ clients!
As much as I loved working day to day with clients, it was my heart’s desire to help build the already dynamic Compass workforce so that no client had to go without our services.
I am so glad I made the transition and grateful for all the leadership and professional development here at Compass. I have enjoyed my time as a Team Builder and now RTS as this role challenges me in the very best ways and still allows ample time to stay connected to our community of clients near and far.
