There will be something for everyone at this Disney dream themed retreat! You can expect Disney themed crafts, a scavenger hunt, campfires, dance parties, nature, and activities to help you connect with your dreams.  There will also be plenty of downtime to rest/relax, have fun with friends playing volleyball, corn hole, horseshoes, board games or go swimming! Plus you’ll enjoy family-style, themed meals in the cozy dining room.  This trip is a 3 night/4 day stay at the beautiful and historic Carrville Inn.

If you are part of the following communities, you can register for this retreat: East Bay and South Bay. Dates are September 21st-24th.

LOCATION

Carrville Inn – Trinity Center California

Escape to your own secluded “Exclusive Use Private Resort” situated on a 25-acre estate In the pristine Trinity Alps wilderness of Northern California.  Your group will be the only guests at this distinctive property and have exclusive use of our nine-bedroom country inn and a two-bedroom cottage. Carrville offers the perfect event venue providing privacy and exceptional accommodations.  Whatever the event, this unique vacation rental will assure everyone an unforgettable stay.

VERY IMPORTANT:

The price is per ROOM. When you sign up, you are paying for a room, just like you would if you were staying at a hotel. If you require 24- hour staffing, you will need to share the room with a staff. If you do not want to share the room with anyone, you must pay the total amount.  Most rooms have space for 2 people.  The Rose Room can hold up to 3. There are roll away beds available for each room. Please talk to your staff or CF/ILSM if you have questions.

Also: Most rooms are not on the ground level so there will be stairs to climb. These rooms have ONE flight of stairs to climb: Captains Quarters, Violet, Rose, Hoover, and Peacock. These rooms have TWO flights of stairs to climb: Blue, Ivy, and Bunk. Only the cabin rooms are located on the ground level. There is a wheelchair ramp to access the cabin.

Standard Rooms: $420 per room 

Captains Quarters

The Captains Quarters has 1 queen-sized bed and a shared bath.  It is located on the 2nd floor. *Please note: there is one flight of stairs to climb.

Violet Room 

The Violet Room has 1 one queen bed and a shared bath.  It is located on the 2nd floor. *Please note: there is one flight of stairs to climb.

Ivy Room 

The Ivy Room has one queen bed and a rollaway bed with a shared bath.  It is located on the 3rd floor. *Please note: there are two flights of stairs to climb.

Bunk Room 

The Bunk Room has a bunk bed with two twin-size beds and a shared bath.  It is located on the 3rd floor. *Please note: there are two flights of stairs to climb.

Blue Room 

The Blue Room has one queen bed and a rollaway bed with a shared bath.  It is located on the 3rd floor. *Please note: there are two flights of stairs to climb.

Premium Rooms: $475 per room 

The Rose Room 

The Rose Room has one queen bed and 2 rollaway beds with a private bath.  It is located on the 2nd floor. *Please note: there is one flight of stairs to climb.

Cabin Room 1 – Wheelchair Accessible

Cabin Room 1 has one queen bed and a rollaway bed with a shared bath.  It is located on the ground level.

Cabin Room 2 – Wheelchair Accessible 

Cabin Room 2 has one queen bed and a rollaway bed with a shared bath.  It is located on the ground level.

Peacock Room

The Peacock Room has one queen bed and a rollaway bed with a private bath.  it is located on the 2nd floor. *Please note: there is one flight of stairs to climb.
