Have S’more fun!

…at Camp Carrville this year with our Channel the Flannel theme! We will have lots of fun activities for you to channel your inner Lumberjack and sport your favorite flannel shirt. There will be scavenger hunts, axe throwing, dance parties, soda saloon nights, campfires and of course, S’mores!!

There will also be plenty of downtime to rest/relax and have fun with friends playing volleyball, corn hole, horseshoes, and board games. Or splash around in the pool! Plus, you’ll enjoy family-style, themed meals in the cozy dining room. This trip is a 3 night/4 day stay at the beautiful and historic Carrville Inn.

Come have some fun. You’ll be so plaid you came!!

Location and What’s Included

Carrville Inn – Trinity Center California

Escape to your own secluded “Exclusive Use Private Resort” situated on a 25-acre estate In the pristine Trinity Alps wilderness of Northern California.  Your group will be the only guests at this distinctive property and have exclusive use of our nine-bedroom country inn and a two-bedroom cottage.

Payment Due Dates

• Registration and deposit due on July 5th, 2023 (deposit for all retreats is $50)

Room Types and Cost

Price: The price is per ROOM. When you sign up, you are paying for a room, just like you would if you were staying at a hotel. If you require 24- hour staffing, you will need to share the room with a staff. If you do not want to share the room with anyone, you must pay the total amount.

Space: Most rooms have space for 2 people.  The Rose Room can hold up to 3. There are roll away beds available for each room except for Captains Quarters and the Blue Room. Please talk to your staff or CF/ILSM if you have questions.

Stairs: Most rooms are on the 2nd or 3rd floor of the Inn so there will be stairs to climb. Only the cottage rooms are ground level and are in a separate building 50 yards from the Inn. There is a wheelchair ramp to the cottage. Please carefully read room descriptions below.

2nd floor rooms: Captains Quarters, Violet, Rose, Hoover, and Peacock.

3rd floor rooms: Blue, Ivy, and Bunk.

Captains Room- $420 per room

The Captains Room has 1 queen-sized bed and a shared bath.  It is located on the 2nd floor. *Please note: there is one flight of stairs to climb.

Violet Room – $420 per room

The Violet Room has 1 one queen bed and a shared bath.  It is located on the 2nd floor. *Please note: there is one flight of stairs to climb.

Peacock Room – $475 per room

The Peacock Room has one queen bed and a rollaway bed with a private bath.  it is located on the 2nd floor. *Please note: there is one flight of stairs to climb.

The Rose Room – $475 per room

The Rose Room has one queen bed and 2 rollaway beds with a private bath.  It is located on the 2nd floor. *Please note: there is one flight of stairs to climb.

Hoover Room – $475 per room

The Hoover Room has 2 twin-size beds and a private bath.  It is located on the 2nd floor. *Please note: there is one flight of stairs to climb.
